I need to see the film of them bringing the fish to hand in between the pontoons by applying pressure to the side...it's okay...I'll wait...

I can see being higher up being an issue. I use a fishcat, or am on shore, so I'm closer to the water. Picturing it, I fight fish the fish off to my right side, then, when close I got to come over the top to my left side with the tip to then reach out with my left hand to net it. Introducing slack on that crossover move seems to be/is a good time for me to loose one on the jig hooks if I don't want to net it.

I am perfect happy to break a rod on a big fish vs a stupid mistake while setting up or breaking down.
