Seattle has Greenlake, Haller Lake, and Bitter Lake within the city limits. All are stocked.

I grew up fishing those, and Ballinger, Union and the big lake.

There's 'in the city' (like Greenlake) and then IN THE CITY, where you could get snagged on a high-rise building if you had conventional fishing gear!
