It hasn't changed for the better from what little of it I see.

Dammit...you're absolutely right. Time for me to dust off my bagpipes and trumpet and serenade the neighborhood.

Couple of hours of practice a day and my wife will beg me to fish New Zealand or Patagonia. Neighbors might even chip in when warmer weather facilitates practice on the back deck.

For those of you who no longer watch TV... What sources do you use to keep informed regarding the current war in Ukraine? Serious question.

Not feeling the love here. I'm poking around... streaming cable news without a cable bundle is an alternative, but not a solution.

Ad free news content... someone please copy the PNWFF model. I'd subscribe!

For those of you who no longer watch TV... What sources do you use to keep informed regarding the current war in Ukraine? Serious question.

I don't watch news much; I read news on the internet. Browse headlines and read stuff that looks interesting, skip filler stories, skip most video stories. If it's something I feel I should know more about I often skim the same story from 2 or 3 diverse sources to see how it appears under various directions of slanted. It's good to understand (or at least be aware of!) how folks of a different political bent are seeing the same news, and to be cognizant of how news sources closer to my own view are also skewing things. Probably the best you can do these days.
