As much as I love sushi and poke, not sure anything beats smoked albacore belly.

Smoked albacore belly is a good snack. Would never make a meal of it though.

Yeah, waaay too rich to eat as a meal. That much Omega-3 and you'd be carrying your shorts.

Pretty much one of my biggest fishing motivators these days is what I can create with a harvest.

I'm not exactly a professional sushi chef but it's a fun challenge to make things pretty.
