My good pal Val and went to Elmer’s tavern in Burien to dance to one of our favorite rockin bands, “The Corey Wilds Band” who usually plays a couple of ZZ songs but the majority was all ZZ Top! Frickin great tribute to Dusty and Frank!
Dang. Just saw them last week. Frank had stayed home, apparently his last show was the week before the show I saw.
Side note: I didn't realize that the guy who took over for Dusty was their guitar tech for 30 years - apparently Dusty wrote in his will he wanted (Elwood) to be his replacement.

Depressing to have these great musicians leaving us.
There is a good ZZ Top documentary (That Little Ol, Band from Texas) worth a watch. I saw it on Netflix last year, not sure where else it may be available.
