ParkIt 360 (or similar) powered trailer dolly experiences?

Anyone have experiences with using one of these ParkIt 360 powered trailer dollies? Or any of the similar versions from other companies.

My boat parking spot has gotten tougher and tougher to back into as my neighbors have started parking behind their houses in the alley more often. I see these things pop up used from time to time and I wonder how well they work. My current little boat is light enough to wrangle with a cheapo Harbor Freight dolly. But if I ever got around to buying anything bigger, that wouldn't be as much of an option without risking a runaway boat or a hernia.

Trailer Valet is a critical tool around here as we have a L shaped driveway where I move a 30’ trailer out of a bay, on to a 40’ pad to hook up to a 20’ tow rig, used it today.

My next door neighbor had a smaller motorized dolly thing that he used to shoehorn his 17' boat into his garage. Seemed like it saved a lot of headache and potential damage vs. trying to back the boat into a tight/tricky space. I do recall him saying he should have gotten it sooner.

I have a cheep version off Amazon, two wheels, the first time I pulled my Aliner trailer out onto the driveway it took me for a ride out into the middle of the street and luckily it’s a private road without much traffic the dolly had no braking or any resistance of its own. I had to pickup an extra trailer plug and wire it to power the trailer brakes off the dolly battery. It does the job and is ok with the brake hack but downright dangerous without the modification… but it was fairly inexpensive in comparison. Flat pavement no problem, gravel or soil forget it.

My fishing buddy has a ParkIt and it’s awesome. He wishes he had bought it about 10 yrs sooner. It allows him to get his boat in/out of a tight fitting space in his shop. Couldn’t safely do it by himself without risk of injury. Very easy to put the boat right where he wants it. Uses the trailer brakes when needed.

I have a Kaad Engineering Power Mover which requires plugging into an outlet. It’s a beast. Easy to use and put my 20’ travel trailer exactly where I want it. Biggest downside is it requires being plugged in.
