@Robert Engleheart, a lot of great advice, I've got nothing to add. You were very smart in choosing the shop you did, you cannot do better than an NIH Comprehensive Cancer Center, best docs and best research. Wishing you the absolute best. Just a recommendation to those of you who might be a serial procrastinator like myself - don't be!

I had some symptoms of polyps which I mentioned to my doctor. He gave me a requisition for a FIT test.
In all my wisdom, I waited till the symptoms got significantly worse before doing the test - 9 months later!
I'm scheduled for a colonoscopy appointment in couple of weeks.

So, now I sit tying a clouser and, for the first time, I'm not worrying about the dumbells being secure on the hook but rather about the dumbell tying the fly.
