The boring part trolling around for these-

This is what caught the Kokanee (with tuna corn on the hooks) at 50’- 60’ on the downrigger-


After my Kokanee limit was achieved, I broke out the 5 wt and the fun part took place (I’m easily amused).

This was the fly that worked for the NPM-


Pikeminnow are a good fish to practice your streamer game on. They hit very hard.
All the Pikeminnow were release (the Kokanee were not).

Someone had a NPM put in a fish jail on the Kalama last time I was there, built a dam for it and left it in a pool. I took it down so the poor guy could swim away, he didn't deserve to die like that even if he eats baby salmon
