If I was to guess, it'd be 3 years probation and a pay increase.
 
Apparently he was "responsible for establishing hunting regulations" but not for complying with them.
 
I think this is the second guy just recently, who holds a position of authority with ID fish and wildlife, to be charged with significant games violations. I’m glad they were caught.

A hunting violation is something current commissioners in a different Western state will never have to concern themselves with😂…too soon?
 
When I worked for the USFWS in Georgia, I assisted a law enforcement officer in a plain clothes setup for illegal clapper rail hunting. The only guy we busted was a county commissioner who pleaded for us not to publicly publish his arrest for hunting/shooting rails while under power. Yeah, right.
