NFR Dogs With Food Allergies?

Non-fishing related
He has been digging at his ears and chewing his paws lately as well. The vet said that coincides with his allergy assessment.
I'd give the hydrolyzed food a go if you can get it, it really helped our dog with all her itchiness. Saltwater seems to help her too, whenever she gets to romp in the shallows she doesn't seem to itch much for a day or two after.

We also used Purina Pro Plan dry food along with the Royal Canin wet food, did the trick...stomach issues went away...
Expensive, but less than Vet visits

Plain canned pumpkin and rice helps to calm things down also.

We also use give a dollop of pumpkin every evening.

Tilly, our beloved Aussie pup had severe intestinal issues - vet (he was a homeopathic practitioner as well) had us give come cottage cheese, pineapple, and pumpkin, and wanted 3 meals a day; worked pretty well to keep things at bay for years. Of course, what one pup gets, the others must also get, so cottage cheese (lunch) and pumpkin (dinner) are always on the menu (we stopped the pineapple because the acidity seemed to upset Maggie's (the Golden one) tummy some.

Keep good care of those pups!!
