I put SFR because this is so fly fishing related.
I did put info about Chuck Tye. I was asked by him to help finalize putting his stuff given to the right people.
BUT he wanted me, in will, to have all his fishing and outdoor things. It's a lot but not as bad as most of us
. The really hard part is taking a person's life and taking it apart piece by piece. Like others, have done it a few times too, so they know what it's like. But only 3 times were so hard it physically hurted doing it. My Grandfather, my Dad, and now Chuck. I think, like my Dad and Grandpa, Chuck's stuff was all memories I knew. I was, like telling people about my Dad, what his stuff was used. So was showing some off the family what they should keep. Even try to have them grab things that were set aside for me. One thing he had a few of these, but one Chuck and I drank a lot of whiskey over on fishing trips. It's a military fly helmets bag. Two were definitely from military. Know a couple were at the PX probably. The kids end up taking the 2 that had all his patches on bag. Full color with his names and Marine patches plus patches of every area of Marine he was assigned to. But they did let me take this one.

I'll load it up as he did and leave it with his whiskey and misc. Though I'm still not ready to let him go, but looking through his things that make me smile helps.
