    Water Master Vs Outcast

update Finally was able to take the WM for a spin this evening. Completely satisfied with this purchase. The fold in oars are an excellent idea and come in handy. Had minimal gear and my dog riding in the back. 300lbs and mostly drafting in 4-5 inches of water. Very nimble in moving water. I...

    Water Master Vs Outcast

I like the ability to add a floor to the WM and the non rocker, should float in less water than the OC.

    Water Master Vs Outcast

Decided to support a local company and going with WM Kodiak. Should be excellent for getting off shore to fish on lakes and floating sections of the Madison.

    NRS Approach series

Anyone seen or used any of the NRS Approach series? Having a drift boat, this seems like a great option for skinny water here in SW MT.

    Run Etiquette

Etiquette is very subjective. Some people Lack common sense, are uninformed or are just an asshole. Was fishing a particular known section of the Madison for risers the other day when a guide and two clients approached me and asked if they could fish below me. I thanked them for the courtesy...

Streamlining my boat options - NRS Slipstream 96??

Too many factors to consider. 7ft seems very small, unless they are running in very skinny water perhaps? Check your local raft spot and see if you can demo / rent 7ft and 8ft oar. Otherwise, it’s going be trial and error.
