All that said: It may be better at picking up flies/fly lines for the like 2 fly fishermen out there who would add such a device to their program. It's not useful for the fly fishing I do, but bassin and troutin from a boat on a lake I could absolutely see being useful.

The raw fish just attracts yellowjackets and flies. Actually deployed some a few days ago. They really like my boat after tuna trips.

Vacuum pack, seal and freeze. Paprika oxidizes super quick. I'd keep a small jar of it on-hand, and have the rest in the freezer.
