I didn't come into this game expecting a W. But this is ugly. Holani should get cut at half time.

Get your lithium batteries and fly rods all from the same place!

China gonna China. A friend brought this to my attention and had to share because it's f'n hilarious. LiTime, the lithium battery outfit a lot of you run on your Minn Koters, has a product page up for a "Multi-Application / Fast Action R8 Core 590-4." aka Sage's R8 Core ($1050)...

YOLO! - FlyBillz' First Bamboo Build

Same thing has happened almost every year since we have opened the forum. We get a few months of a LOT of Bill, then several months with no Bill. The cycle is continuing.

    RIP Bruiser

Article did say it's the island's only elk. Or rather, WAS the only elk.

    SFR Testing the waters - 2000 F250 Lariat 4x4 7.3L Powerstroke - low miles

I fully had plans to hang on to this thing for a very long time. If not for the financial situation between remodel(s) and college tuition, it'd be a permanent fixture in my driveway. I know I'll be like you and wished I had kept it, but being responsible is hard.

What the heck did I catch?

To be honest, I toned it down for this one

What the heck did I catch?

Did my own AI investigation here of that Deschutes fish. Played hard ball with it.

What the heck did I catch?

Another thing: Jacks are male. The one in Billy's photo is very likely a female.

What the heck did I catch?

Yeah I think an actual ocean-run jack is unlikely as it lacks a few traits like you mention. Plus, it wouldn't be in that bright of a coloration right now if it were. A landlocked chinook (or, not technically LOCKED, but living its life in fresh water) is seeming more and more the likely culprit.

What have you done for your boat lately?

Heck if people have ideas, shoot me messages. I enjoy coming up with designs.

    What are you playing?

Has nothing to do with talent. The very act of tedious arts and crafts sends me into a rage. I've literally thrown vices and broken things in my house as a result. Few things in my life have ever sent me over the edge like it has.

What the heck did I catch?

It's like they took an entire sockeye/kokanee head and stuck it on a skinny chinook body.

What the heck did I catch?

I could definitely see that being the case here somehow. I've caught dozens of chinook jacks in varying sizes in the past 2mo, so am quite familiar with their traits. This one doesn't fit all of them like I've stated previously, but it could still be one with some differences due to being...

What the heck did I catch?

Had to sort through a lot of photos online of chinook jacks to find one that's close. I still think it looks more like a kokanee overall, especially the head. But chinook checks other boxes including anal fin, spotting, and tail. Billy's is still a more slender body - even the one in this...

What the heck did I catch?

Ok I'm going to backtrack a bit. I still don't think chinook jack. I'm decided on that one. BUT... coho jack may have moved in to first place, or tied for first. This solves the spotting problem. The one thing keeping me from committing to it is the anal fin, which matches kokanee Fin...
