permit system, put it on Recreation.gov. like we use on the deschutes and johnday. include that they have to have permit on any parked vehicles. easy to enforce by just checking vehicles. at parking lots, put signage in that encourages reporting of dipshits.

just make sure you press fit the pipe fully into the shark bite fitting . focus on this task, assume u have not pushed it in far enough. same for both sides if that is the type of connection. if possible, test system before you have completed the full job - if possible.

ugh..... college $, and remod $. luckily for college my girls college time did not overlap - except 1 year - which was.... tight... Over the years, i remodeled most everything on my old 1924 pdx bungalow - but i found the $ was much more manageable when i had fewer bucks to spend on it...

if the public has options, as u say, i am with you. if some other dog owner had come up with a pack of dogs and started running them out in the river and carousing, i suspect the 'lady' would not have appreciated.
