when i rafted the grand canyon, the outfitter would put the giant coolers into the freezer and freeze ice a few inches thick at the bottom. those coolers kept ice for days. one trick was to not use some of the coolers, until later in the trip, so they did not get opened until necessary.

we may have to go over ALL life choices over the past 2 weeks. This includes all interactions with family members, neighbors, pets, grocery store clerks, etc.

how long will the beans remain 'fresh' ?? and then i assume, u roast what you need for a bit, and then roast more?

i was in a hurry. grabbed my beer of choice, and then noticed the beer on sale, and just grabbed it..... found out it was NA at home... they hit the cooler at fam dinners....
