I tried to use it, but it is right hand wind. I am a left hand wind guy for 60 years. It created to many problems for my meager brain. The reel works fine, I would would reel the wrong direction at the wrong time.

Fly Reel. Vista d , 3.25 inch. I have lots of spools, but can't find the body. Getting the grandboys fly casting. Want to use what I have.

Those waxed caps are great for winter. Really warm.

I have seen cougars in Oregon, Idaho and Montana. Also lynx and bobcat in my many years in the outdoors. Throw in wolves, black bear and grizzlies in the lower 48. Plus brown bear in Alaska. All are very impressive in their own way.
