    Fishing probably doesn’t start until Tuesday afternoon. WestJet couldn’t make our connection on a 5 1/2 hr layover! Going to make the most of it in Yellowknife until then 😐 Going to lose 1/2 of our fishing days

    What's in your vise?

    Burbot A 7/16” cone on a 3/0 B10S, and another 7/16” cone on an 1 1/2” shank. This combined with a Cortland Compact sink 9 will get down.

    Lochsa Camping

    I used to kayak the Lochsa in late May for big water boating. Pretty sure we would stay Wilderness Gateway. I remember it being large but the sites were fairly private. Hot springs not too far away if that’s your kind of thing - we as a group of 6 went to one upriver after a day a boating…...

    I’ve always tie light to dark, here’s a couple dark to light 1 stage bucktail to start to give some stiffness at he rear, the rest is nayat and flashabou - reverse hollow tied
