If you're skittish, maybe not your place but any time I'm within an hour of Toppenish, I make beeline for Los 3 Panchos for a burrito, usually chicharone. My wife goes for the chicken tacos. The meat is slow cooked on a pit over apple wood out front.

Sadly the Hungry Bear is closed and the property is for sale. An alternative that's adds about 15min to the trip to Forks is the Blackberry Cafe in Joyce.

I'm going to try this during the fall coho run on my homewater. I'll use a smallish slip float (maybe one of the weighted ones) with bobber stops above and below the float. That will let me dial in the right depth as well as swing the jig across the current w/o the float sliding all the way down...
