The apartments on 143rd are a complete zoo. They are part of the reason Kidd Valley is no longer open there. The street corner beavers didn’t help business either, at least for the restaurant. SF

BLT with the first heirloom of the season. Added Walla Walla sweet onion, hard boiled egg and aged white cheddar cheese. Realized I was out of mayo and didn’t feel like going to the store, so I used Caesar dressing. Pretty darn good. SF

Did some harvesting and neighbors handoff this morning. The sungold have been excellent this year, both production and taste. BLT for dinner tonight. SF

Jamal Adams got hurt again. Time to hang up the cleats and just enjoy life beyond football. SF

I saw a post where someone caught an even year Puget Sound pink. Used to see them occasionally caught off the beaches, but haven’t personally seen one caught in a number of years. Anyone see any caught on even years recently? SF
