My favorite rod holders for water master Kodiak or Grizzly

Here’s a DIY I’ve used in the past with my Grizzly when on moving water. It’s a piece of 1 7/8” PVC I picked up at our local ReStore. It was initially made for my 9’ 5 & 6 wt rods and will fully protect them when broken in half. As you can see, it’ll hold my 6 wt switch but would need...

    Early Signs of Spring

No pix but the pair of osprey have returned to a light pole at a park not far from my house. They called out as they cruised over the neighborhood yesterday afternoon. I’m not much of a birder but they are such cool birds

    What's in your vise?

Had fun making cork bass poppers so I decided to try a smaller version for panfish. The dremel tool ended up working waaay better than a belt sander….and I had a few glued up fairly quickly. The rattle can varnish was kinda clogged so it was more like a fire hose than a fine spray and it...

I shoulda replied before now but I've been dealing with the crud. anyhow...this made me laugh. The image of your golden retriever enjoying the wind in his face at the bow while you're watching the boat get smaller. Funny but not funny....all that stuff...And it reminded me of a time when I...

    Simms kudos

I'll let you all know.....but I submitted a claim after reading the stuff above. The seals on my G3 booties leak but after 5+ years of hard use, I figured that's the life of the product. Now I guess we'll see what Simms has to say. Thanks for starting the thread(y)
