Yup, but they removed the clause about 10 feet and over. Now it covers just about anything that floats.

I ended up getting tennis elbow from bowling. I didn't use what you'd call a sleeve but the strap type device worked well.

They don't have the 2026 schedule up yet. Things seemed to have slowed down after they cancelled the event due to the pandemic years. I'm not involved in the nuts and bolts of flyfishing organizations these days so I'm not up on operation of the event.
