That’s awesome! I’ve been swinging The Yak from Monday tell yesterday I can’t seem to get enough. I’m actually thinking about going again today😂 these have been working well.

It’s that time again! The swinging has been pretty good. The Yakima is the lowest I’ve ever seen it this time of year but there are some nice fish out there.

Highlander cx rods are great! I feel like they flex like the old Sage Brownies. I’ve owned a few and still own the 4,5,6. I love this rod trout fishing with a Gaelforce ESSS.

It’s been some time since I’ve posted or gone fishing for that matter. I drove up and fished the Canyon this morning. Did really well swinging soft hackles, this one in particular!

In the 17 Remington it’s a 25 grain pill running at 4000fps , it’s devastating! In the 6.5 Prc it’s a 147 grain ELDM that just as bad at 2950fps.

I am, I use a 25 grain Hornady HP in that rifle.

I’m looking forward to this coming season for coyote hunting. I gave my old 17 Remington a new look with a McMillan stock.

You will love it! It’s a great round. I sure love mine, it’s also been the easiest rifle to reload for that I’ve ever owned.
