Looking for advice on two handed beach rods for Baja

x2...I had a first generation Opal, 11' 9 wt switch that was an OH shooting head launcher. An even quicker rod was a Guideline 11'3 9/10 Scandi rod that I traded Jack (last name?) a camera for on the old forum, who was a Guideline rep at the time. Cannon of an OH caster.

    wolves...

8 billion humans on a shrinking rock + accelerating climate change = apex predators finding survivable habitat wherever they can regardless of historical range precedence. So wolves will show up wherever they can survive, while by the end of this century Orcas will be found cruising the flooded...

    wolves...

Aside from seeing the same grizzly multiple times in the Bob Marshall Wilderness area, the most 'exotic' animal we ever saw was in the Steens mtns during the 90's. We had set up camp in a meadow alongside a stream when late in the day a Wolverine strolled across the meadow with rolling...

    SFR Losing Interest

Multi-interests keep it fresh as the appeal of some wanes while others increase, so not feeling it just a sign to be doing something else. And it doesn't really matter what we're doing, just as long as we are. A book written in the early 70's by Ram Dass titled "Be Here Now" focused on creating...

    wolves...

couple years ago thought I saw a wolf, much too big for a coyote, when I was driving down from the volcano lakes just before dark. Apparently more common and spread out than thought: "Residents in South Deschutes County reported a wolf sighting in the Caldera Springs neighborhood Friday. It...

once the weather warms at a fave lake where deeper water transitions upto 10' inshore ledges, floating a small tan foam hopper with a red PT jig 6' below at the transition can be a killer set-up with both flies getting taken.
