I think heard on some rafting forums that cups of bleach or something also works, but a dry sheet is way better than hauling cups and bleach around

I can't remember the last time I fished in 16 degree weather, it was super cold and I caught nothing, but went out a few weeks earlier, and it was like 38 - 42 and caught plenty of fish.
