Yup. I don't fish lakes much, but I do go to Chopaka at least once annually. Just got back from 5 days/4 nights. Wind varied from a distraction to a royal pain. Hatches were spotty and the fishing varied from day-to-day. The one constant was the scenery and the memories.

I ran up for the day yesterday. Believe it or not, the wind was howling...again. Fishing was pretty slow.

Bummer. I had 2 trips planned up there.
