Does anybody use Shuttle Hawks on braid? I am curious if it is better or worse to get it back down than on cable. I have cable now but have considered changing it out. I use Shuttle Hawks since I prefer not to crank the ball up each time.

I have landed some tuna on my Lexa 300 but it lacks drag and cranking power that the other reels you mentioned have. I was pretty happy with my Gomexus but it didn't get as much play since I usually reach for the Saragossas. The spinning reel is my preferred jigging setup.

I second the Kastmasters and would recommend Little Cleo to the list. I find these much easier for casting by those less experienced. Spinner blades tend to catch the wind a bit more. Plus, they work well. All but two were on Kastmasters.
