Has anybody had a problem with the braid breaking their spool?

Anybody using spin fish out in the ocean? I got some in herring aid that I'm planning on running out at Neah Bay. Are there any different rigging techniques I need to be aware of?

I made the tough call to run out to neah Bay instead of fishing Baker this week. About the same amount of drive but the chance of wrangling some rockfish and lingcod made the difference. That said, anybody's got some extra room on their boat. I'd drive up there in a heartbeat
