I just finished a book titled 'Soul of The Lion' about Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain, he was part of many battles, especially Gettysburg, during the Civil War, Excellent book. I just picked up a book called ' The Stoic Challenge' by William Irvine. So far it's interesting.

I found 2 copies of that book at Powell's in Portland, one was signed.

Fish traps were outlawed in Washington State in 1934. They should have kept the traps and outlawed commercial fishing. Way easier to control what is harvested and almost zero by catch.
