    Breakfast Burritos: 1 lb Chorizo or Longaniza, 4-6 potatoes, 6-12 eggs, cotija, cilantro, flour tortillas. I was introduced to these while working hops in the Yakima Valley. Sour Cream with hot sauce is a great addition.
