    Sammamish Sturgeon?

You could probably get most average size sturgeon on a 12wt or so.

Annual Gorge trip for carp and...ok, one shad.

This spot is worth driving a few miles up the hill for: https://maps.app.goo.gl/VtQb8cTiWR14jwzU6

What is your favorite state/province/country to travel to for fishing?

I'm weird in that traveling elsewhere to fish has made me appreciate what I have at home more. So many destinations are over-romanticized. I've definitely had some very fun trips, especially to South Carolina, Mexico, and Northern California, but I have it pretty good here in NW Oregon...

    Weird shad numbers

Shad are certainly fun, but I'd trade 100% of them for more salmonids.

    Weird shad numbers

This might actually be the first year in as long as I can remember where shad fishing just didn't happen for me.

The final (for now) piece of the PNW App Suite: Wind, Waves & Tides

Ok scroll is working with a 1wk limit in either direction on the date picker. Adding in the ability to scroll back up to 1wk on the "current" view as well.

The final (for now) piece of the PNW App Suite: Wind, Waves & Tides

Tide date look-up is now on the top right of the tide section. It's working, I just need to figure out if I can make those past dates work with the handy scroll feature without massive amounts of data load-in.

The final (for now) piece of the PNW App Suite: Wind, Waves & Tides

I started working on this last night. Should hopefully have a historical tide solution soon. I don't want it to be something you can just automatically slide left on because the amount of data it would have to load in on every time the app loads would be massive. But there's a few ways I can...

    The dreaded ‘D’ word

I actually lived in Winter Park/Casselberry (far NW corner of the Orlando area) which was much better than the rest of the metro area IMO. Anything south of downtown was tourist hell hole. But in general, very much not my place and I'm glad I'm not there anymore. Enjoyed my time there in my...

    The dreaded ‘D’ word

Never heard of it I'm afraid. I moved away in 2007, so it's been some time. A quick intertubes search indicates no such place exists anymore.

Historical tide data is possible. Historical weather data is expensive 😂

The final (for now) piece of the PNW App Suite: Wind, Waves & Tides

Yeah, that's a whole thing I'm not sure can really be done. There's so many factors that affect that and they change on location, river flow, strength of the tide, etc. There may be a way to build a model that gets close, but it's not something I think I'd put a lot of faith into.

Exactly - we're getting some precip down my way today, but it's nil after that.
