define "5 seasons", is this 5 seasons of fishing 15 days/year on easily accessible rivers? or is this 5 seasons of bushwhacking 80+ days/year into spots that hardly anyone else fishes? For the former, there are TONS of options. For the latter, there may not be any options.

Dum's are quite possibly the best pet snake. don't get HUGE, super chill (mostly). Mine just passed away this last year after 27 years!

no, because with my electric pump it still only takes me under 5 min to have it completely ready to go from completely deflated (for either the Stealth Pro or Scout that I now have). but yeah, pontoon is definitely going to be more streamlined.

I used to sometimes. But, I found that for trout and other smaller fish where you're fishing within 50' (could probably even go 30') that negates any appreciable advantage that a DT may have. Now, front taper on the WF line DOES matter. sometimes.

sadly, did not test at highway speeds....but did great at 50. My Commander is deflated in the back too, so that works....

Personally, I don't like either the rubber (although, looks like they finally wised up and started using Vibram, so that'll help a little) or the studs that come on Korkers soles. Too slick for my taste.
