What plants, weeds and/or trees do you hate and why?

I like this thread, as I kill invasive plants for the feds for a living. There's so many around here, but the bane of my my existence is Kochia, Russian Thistle, and Mare's Tail. They're pesticide resistant, and I have thousands of acres I have to try to manage them.

Ice flow isn't an issue. You get a little shelf ice once in awhile, but the flows fluctuate so much it goes away within a day or two, max. And it has to be really cold for a long stretch to even see that. Water temp was around 40 degrees tonight

The Columbia river in two to three feet of water about an hour after full dark. I thought for sure it was a brown until it was in the net. Actually fought pretty good.

I can wade out a hundred yards in places, especially if the river is low. But it can rise fifteen feet in minutes without warning, so there's that.

As many of you already know, I'm a huge fall fishing fiend. The timing is hard to predict, I usually just let mother nature tell me when. It's always around when the hardwood leaves start to actually drop, usually mid October where I live. I start up higher in September, and chase the leaf-fall...
