Regrettably, all those knives belong to a friend. He does the gun/antique shows here in Prescott/Phoenix, AZ. and I accompany him with my few meager/somewhat obscure offerings. He has some amazing stuff! 🤑
Thanks for the update. Sold it last year.
Since replaced with a CVA Cascade 300 Win Mag, a custom Howa .308 and a Bergara 7MM Rem Mag.

Seems these are a bit uncommon. Last made in the '90's.

Sauce is very similar to the one my Dad made back in the 60's when we got our first Weber charcoal grill.
I omit the spicy stuff because of my better half's constant battle with indigestion issues.
I can "hot" up at the table.

Cast iron, high heat, sear in 1 tbsp garlic infused olive oil, baste with 4 tbsp butter, 2 cloves of garlic and a sprig of fresh rosemary to internal temp 130 degrees.
