    Yeah. When I replaced bearings I could not find proper size seals even at bearing specialty store. So I grease them often and try not to get bearings wet when loading/unloading. Put new bearings in about 1997. They still roll smooth. No grinding or roughness.

    Thanks, Tom. That is what I assume would happen. Maybe I should wash my sinking lines with a microfiber cloth and warm dish soap water, then rinse it.

    Has anyone tried using line dressing like "glide" brand on intermediate sink lines? If so, does it affect the sink rate of the line? I use glide on all my old, worn out floating lines. It does wonders to allow line to cast farther and float higher.

    I am confused. Did you not see fly fish Dan's video timed before the closing of Anil's shop before it closed? If I remember Fly Fish Dan was very complementary of Anil and seemed sad to see Anil's plans to shut the shop down.
