I think this depends on the location and the quarry. For example: Bonefishing in the Bahamas, totally clear skies, no wind, and 80 degrees, are perfect conditions. SF Snoqualmie in July, maybe cloudy and warm enough for wet wading. Rocky Ford in January, hmmm … nothing is perfect … Anyone...
