i used to do a lot of cycling. was a road racer for a while and did quite a bit of MTB / off-road, too. but that was a looong time ago. my speed and danger days are over! i do manage to get out once in a while on my single speed cyclo-cross bike, though. need to do more!

Heading down to Beaufort / Harkers Island in November to chase those "Fat Alberts" was an annual trip for me and my buddies back when I lived in Virginia. Love that area! Cape Lookout Seashore is one of the most beautiful beaches in the country!
