Ok, Alcan I make an embarrassing confession?? 😳 This whole time I've been mixing up the coachman with the trude. Ugh. Just proves I don't use either that much anymore. Actually, I never really used the coachman, preferring the calf tail to the feathered wings.

I don't fish them often anymore. For trout that aren't picky, I RW floats better and is highly visible. Love them in small streams, turbulent waters, pocket water, etc. Some good effect on alpine lakes as well. Where RCs come in for me are those moments where I don't care if it floats or...

OnX has a new feature. Works amazing. Just click a road or trail, and then the point you want to measure to. If you select the "snap to" option, it overlays the line on the most obvious trail/road path automatically.

Thanks. I admit, I don't know a lot about rod building and components. Just how they fish. This thing fishes great. Seems more like a 4wt than a 3. But may just be because it is longer faster action + more power than my other 3.
