I used to go out every September for Dove season. It’s a lot of fun, and can be very humbling. They seem to be a 50mph bird! If you can find there travel lanes you are in business. Cammo up and Be there at first light and the end of the day.

I agree. There is just something cool about a slow action full flexing rod. It really makes you just kind of slow down and enjoy the show. I have zero plans to keep this old girl in the closet, I’m going to fish it with mid and long belly lines and a mono leader this summer (I hope)🤞we will see...
