I read this and a few other things that have made me intrigued to try this out in a 6wt. I finally pulled the trigger and just spent some time out casting in my lawn and wow. This rod is a rocket compared to my other 6wts. I was zipping 60' casts with very little effort.

Ross Cimarron II 7/8. This reel has seen some use, but still has tons of life to live. There are some nicks and a little rash on the frame and spool. There are water spots on the frame and spool as well. The pouch is a bit sun faded, but still does the job. This functions exactly as it should...
