Was the neighbor baiting the bull so he could get the sheds? Without the neighbor baiting the bull it may not have been harvested. No note that the bull was eating the archers bait. Archer only put the bait out the day before it was harvested. Lots of questions.

Tons of Spanish macks in Australia. Similar to wahoo. We fly fished only. Lots of bait balls with tuna and macks. Macks spearing through the ball. 15/20 feet in the air. But....the only way we could catch macks was trolling flies..
