Figure I'd kick things off garlic is sprouting and the robins are singing like crazy, wont be long boys and girls.

Question on growing garlic, I never in the past put straw or hay over the top of them when planting in late fall, with it being a warmer late fall early winter they are spouting pretty well, in the spring time to you remove the straw/hay? Or just leave it be
