SA just came out with new Skagit tips. Not sure how they stack up to the old ones. I've only used RIO's MOW and iMOW tips so far but I'm not a fan of the loop to loop connection with these RIO tips. I already have cracks in the welded loop and I've owned them for about 2 months.

Sorry about the issue Rick. Just wanted to say I used my staff for the first time a few weeks ago on an Oregon river and it was extremely helpful/durable. A few other guys on the river loved it so hopefully you'll see a few more orders one of these days when things are not as insane.

Picked up a 4wt trout spraypole and broke it in today. The 4wt was a bit over kill there, probably better off with a 3wt but it should be perfect for some west side rivers I fish. The water is/was insanely low, didn’t really need the watermaster.

On a positive note, last year’s run comprised of about 30% Wild Steelhead and so far this year we are at 47%. Additionally, this year is about 2000 Steelhead over the 10 year average in total over Priest Rapids Dam (clipped & wild). Chinook, Sockeye, and Coho are substantially under the 10...
