Fine tuning the planing forms for the base strips. Using the Martha Marie taper minus 4/1000ths to account for the glue at each station. Stations are 5" apart and go down 1/1000th per inch on the planing form.

Gyros! Bought the lamb preseasoned and it was quite good! Made the tzatziki sauce based on this recipe (https://www.thekitchn.com/gyro-recipe-23772751?signed-in=true). Had diced cucumber, tomatoes, shallots (since I had them) and feta crumbles as well! Tasty and refreshing!

Can I have his ugly stick rods?? For science of course.. or to fund the MAIN AMENDMENT!!.
