I hear ya but there’s a reason why there are professionals in each industry… but it’s like painting your own house, you shouldn’t because you’ll always notice the imperfections but in reality it’s plenty good enough. Looks like good work from here !!

Based on how this brookie creek was for a short session I was getting concerned that the dry I sent in for the swap doesn’t work anymore… it did eventually and got some nice ones, they were just cold and being cranky.

Yup my understanding is that the pattern was made with the intent that it was a little like everything. If I picked out the body more it def has that scud like appearance too. I’ve seen a bunch of variations but this is the first one I was taught - PT tail, rainbow sow scud body with silver...
