Going on 19th and 20th , came back from a two day trip last weekend, it's not crowded at all, launches only 25% full zero lines at the launch, New regulations are keeping folks away, more folks are going into the ocean than fishing the river, but river fishing has been really good lately.

What I have observed both places have not filled to capacity in a couple of years, last weekend both parks was not even 25% filled

I use power pro and prefer high vis because it's easier untangle and watch line angles when trolling dirtbag style , really like high vis when float fishing for steelhead as well.

Hammond has empty spots, right next to the boat launch , I will be there the following weekend, it's dry camping so bring your generator, they have showers and bathrooms by the fish cleaning station.
