This is my complaint, specially that bankers' hours that some of the stations are open. Waiting in line for 1 or 2 other boats to get checked isn't a big deal, but having to give up part of a day of fishing in order to be going past an inspection station when they're actually open is a problem.

Has anyone seen info about where Idaho will have inspection stations? I live about 3 miles from the Idaho border and the only place I use my drift boat locally is on the Clearwater in Idaho, but I'm out of state. Hopefully they will have a well-staffed inspection station right in Lewiston...

Like a lot of the other posts, I generally use an 7wt or 8wt for bass. Nearly all of my bass fishing is for smallmouth, and has mostly been in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Ontario so the heavier rod is nice when a pike or musky decides to eat my bass fly.

From what I can see online, the Liquid is assembled in the US, and Remix says fully made in the US. They do seem to be the lowest price for US-made (or at least assembled) reels.
