Looking for advice on two handed beach rods for Baja

For what are looking for a rod the will overhead cast and bomb out over the waves but still land a nice fish. If a PM is excitable I will gladly give you a dump on what I’ve learned.

The best two handed overhead casting rod I’ve found is the Beulah opal. Paired with a sage outbound short, or CQS 2 to 3 weights over the rod weight. I’m thinking you will be looking at a 9/10 weight rod. Which I happen to just have one that I would be willing to let you give it a ride if you wish.
 
There are many two hangers that work well off the beach. And also I dare say off the boat. My personal choices are rods under 12ft and in the 6/7 range. The Opal is a good one I got to cast one the other day.
Lately I have been playing with a Burky 1157 mostly overhead. Its a Canon and has just the right action to be fun overhead. I couple this with some nextcast beach heads I have been trying out. Intermediate to super fast sinking.

x2...I had a first generation Opal, 11' 9 wt switch that was an OH shooting head launcher.
An even quicker rod was a Guideline 11'3 9/10 Scandi rod that I traded Jack (last name?) a camera for on the old forum, who was a Guideline rep at the time. Cannon of an OH caster.
