    Lewis Street Boat Launch Bathroom

The fault here is not the government. The fault lies with the parents who raised the person(s) responsible for the damage. We are quick to assign blame, but seldom look in the right direction. We want the government to fix things, but we also want it done without taxation. Let’s do a...

Guided Fishing Trip- Bring your own gear?

If you are going primarily to fish, take your own stuff, including flies. Part of the joy. Guides will have flies and operators will likely have suitable rods and reels with the right lines, if your stuff isn’t quite right. But if you are going mainly for the beach and warm weather, and maybe...

    Lake Howard & Martha

    Lake Howard & Martha

There is a sign. The Evergreen Fly Club installed one on the message board when rules were changed. Folks are just “selective” readers.

School me on short shaft vs long shaft outboards...

Short shaft means motor is built to hang on a 16” high transom. Long shaft designed for 20” transom. Put a short shaft motor on a 20” transom and the propeller does not extend deep enough. Put a long shaft motor on a 16” transom and the prop is too deep. Doesnt matter much if you only troll...
