I got the Greys Fin 10' 3 wt combo with line, rod and reel, and a nice case. I think it was around $300. I don't euronymph much but can confirm it'll catch fish. I found it a very inexpensive and easy way to try out euro nymphing.

If you're short on time and don't feel like driving after work, you can go after Downtown Brown, they're all over the place in that river. If you want to get away from town it's a short drive for lots of access on the road leading to Mt. Bachelor.
I have good luck with a bloodworm pattern on the lower fly and a black or red ice cream cone 2-3 ft above it.
Sometimes a balanced leach with a chironomid hanging below it.
Always a chironomid with a white bead head for me.
